I know a lot about kidney disease (renal failure), but can’t seem to find the answer to one question: how is the immune system affected by kidney disease? I would like to know if people with kidney disease are more likely to catch colds, flus, etc. than those without it? If anyone knows the answer to this question, I’d appreciate your answer! Thanks.
