This is very informative! Sheila Shaw lost her kidney function due to Lupus, and was doing peritoneal dialysis before receiving one of her sister’s kidney! Now Sheila inspires others to live their lives to their fullest despite living with a chronic illness. Great video! It’s important that we educate ourselves.

We love this foundation! Sheila Shaw who has several chronic illnesses and teaches others how to take control back in spite of living with chronic illness, believes that its important to take care of our bodies while we are healthy. She also says to learn about both peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis before choosing a treatment. Go to their website! They are wonderful!
