What are some of the physical OUTWARD signs that someone has kidney disease?

change in skin tone, color, texture
energy level
muscle strength
attitude, attention span

** unknown if person has been having any kidney dialysis work done…

I am not the person in question.

A co-worker passed away, and it has been speculated that she may have passed from either a stroke or kidney disease. I saw her a week ago, and noticed some physical differences, but didn’t think anything of it at the time.
This is why I’m asking so oddly.

      The feet ankles this is called edema lethargy.
