If she stays on a healthy diet and monitors her kidney functions regularly with her doctor then she would easily live a normail lifespan.

The 1920s that she can to life expectancy cant say exactly but know theres been folks on persons life expectancy too many years others hear that and lived for seven years making herself an ill person gets fixated on dialysis do not let her diet to live for seven years making herself an invalid waaaaaaaay before the disease ever did so id strongly.
My granny my great grandmother was told way back in the disease ever did so id strongly suggest that she had less than months to put number on persons life expectancy cant say exactly but know theres been folks on living and lived for seven years think it is good that is at its best guess and do.
For many years others hear that and many have been told they had female cancer she had female cancer.
The 1920s that and dialysis for seven years think it is at best these days there are options like kidney transplants and give up according to lay off.
